These are the people who make the rules, and enforce them to the maximum. If you don't like the rules they set, then I guess you're out of luck. They usually are quite nice, and maybe a little lenient at times, but they are the ones whose words are law. As such, don't screw with them, and they'll be nice to you (with the exception of a bit of picking on ya in a friendly manner at times).
