These rules were set to make your visit (and everyone else's) to #DragonWarez more fun and enjoyable. However, these rules are non-negotiable, and violation of ANY of these (and any future rules) will earn you a kick/ban, with the possibility of being Akicked, at the discretion of the Op. Multiple violations will most assuredly get you Akicked. As such, follow the rules, and have fun warezing!

NO WINGATES ALLOWED!
NO GUEST NICKS ALLOWED!!
NO MASS ADVERTISING This Channel Under NO Circumstances!
NO Trading!
NO Forced Clicking Banners or Auto-Popup Banners (with the exceptions of Angelfire, FortuneCity, Geocities, Tripod, and Xoom)!
NO Ratios! All leech!
Respect all FTP's and HTTP's that are posted in the channel from voiced user's and the OP's!
NO Clones allowed, unless approved by a OP first!
NO Hammering of any site's that are posted here!
NO Flaming of the OP's will be tolerated!
DO NOT msg the OP's asking if they have certain files!
NO inviting to other channels/servers permitted and will not be tolerated!
All timers will be set to 200 sec's or more!
NO forcing a person to buy a CD. If they can leech the file off of you, let them. If they ask to buy a CD from you, then make the offer in private. BE CAREFUL!
NO arguing with the OP's. What we say, goes (especially the SOP's).
NO OP Begging!
Stay in channel when on an FTP or FServe.
NO transferring OR asking for credit card numbers or internet account information! This is a WAREZ site, not a FRAUD site!

Violation of Rule #4 Results in an Akick and you Being Reported to the IRCop's that ask Why it's being Done! Now, There's a couple of things to keep in mind, as well. These aren't strictly rules, but they are guidelines to follow.

Just because a site may say "password not accepted" or "password incorrect" or "user id not accepted" doesn't always mean the site isn't working. Usually, it's because the server's full at that point in time.
Please do not message the OP's asking questions unless it is very important. The OP's aren't always there and are very busy. We do however try very hard to help user's when we can, but we don't always have the time to do so.
